By confirming your order and submitting a design, you, the customer, declare under your own responsibility that:

You are the rightful owner of the design or have full authorization from the owner to use and reproduce it.

The design you submit does not infringe upon any intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or registered logos owned by third parties.

You release Printed Rhapsody from any legal or financial responsibility related to the improper or unauthorized use of designs submitted by you.

You understand that Printed Rhapsody does not verify, validate, or investigate the ownership or originality of designs sent by customers.
This declaration is made in good faith and is intended to ensure that all products produced by Printed Rhapsody comply with current intellectual property laws and ethical standards.
